Dear PA Families,
I am reaching out with both excitement and urgency. For the upcoming school year, all IPPA PTA Board positions will be open, and we need committed parent leaders to step forward.
Parent involvement is not just helpful, it is essential to the success of our students’ education. Research consistently shows that when families are engaged, students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The Project Arrow PTA is one of the most powerful ways to make that impact.
Through this platform, you have access to and influence over more than 10,000 students. Together, we can bring meaningful programs, events, and initiatives to life, projects that would simply not be possible individually. The Board plays a critical role in shaping opportunities that enrich our entire school community.
However, if we are unable to form a new Board for 2026-2027, the PA PTA will NOT be able to continue operating next year. That means no additional PA programming outside of school, fewer resources, and fewer opportunities for our PA students.
If you have ever considered getting more involved, this is the moment. Your leadership, ideas, and voice matter. Please reach out to express your interest, and we will share next steps and details about each role. No experience is necessary to be involved or engaged.
As the current President, I am fully committed to supporting a smooth transition and am willing to remain through the end of the year to guide and assist the incoming Board.
Our students deserve strong parent leadership. I truly hope you will consider stepping forward.
With gratitude and hope,
Marysol Loethen
IPPA PTA President
